Many Off2Class lessons can be adapted for younger learners, particularly:
Teachers use Off2Class with learners as young as 8 or 9 years old by selecting age-appropriate content and activities.
For beginner younger learners, the Step-by-Step for Newcomers curriculum is also suitable.
Finding lessons for younger learners
Use the downloadable younger learner lesson spreadsheet to locate lessons in the Lesson Library
Download a spreadsheet list of young-learner-friendly lessons.
- Lesson ID: The lesson number, in our Lesson Library.
- Lesson Title: Title of the lesson.
- Module Title: Module title, including reading, listening, speaking etc.
- CEFR Level: CEFR level, ranging from A0 to B2.
- WIDA Level: WIDA level, ranging from pre-entering to expanding +.
Use the filters to search by:
- topic
- lesson type
- CEFR level
- WIDA level
The spreadsheet itself is downloadable, but Off2Class lessons are not downloadable. Use the spreadsheet to locate lessons in the Lesson Library, then open or assign them in Off2Class.
