The Placement Test is dynamic, pulling from a database of 800+ questions, so students are unlikely to receive the same test twice. That said, we recommend using it sparingly. Frequent reassignment can be demotivating for students. Use ongoing assessments instead to track progress.
Because the Placement Test is very detailed, if your student is a beginner, we recommend starting them on the A0 or beginner material directly without assigning them the Placement Test.Learning Plan
Once a student submits a Placement Test, you can generate a Learning Plan. The learning plan helps you pinpoint areas where your student needs extra help by looking at the errors they made on the Placement Test and recommending lessons to teach based on their results.
Once a Learning Plan is generated, you can customize it and use it to help keep track of what you have covered with your student.
