Before you subscribe
- Off2Class subscriptions renew automatically, and start at 5 students — though you don't need 5 active students to subscribe, as this simply gives you access for up to 5 students to start.
- When subscribing, you'll choose your student capacity, number of teachers, and whether to pay monthly or yearly (yearly billing includes a 40% discount).
- We accept VISA, American Express or MasterCard, Debit and Credit cards, Diners Club & Discovery from any country, as well as China Union Pay.
- All payments in US dollars. We do not accept PayPal, Bitcoin or any other currency.
- An optional white-label add-on is also available for a custom logo and sub-domain.

Renewals and failed payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. Locate your renewal date and the amount on the top left of your Account page
What to do if your subscription renewal fails
Our payment system is fully automated, so most renewal issues resolve on their own. If a payment fails, here's what happens and what you can do:
- You get a 3-day grace period. Your account keeps full access while the system automatically retries the payment up to four more times.
- Help the payment go through. Contact your bank to find out why it was declined, and ask them to approve future charges from us. On statements we appear as "Off2Class - ESL" or "Off2Class.com."
- If it still fails after 3 days, your account reverts to Free. Your data is saved, so you can resubscribe anytime once the bank issue is resolved.
Changing your subscription
If you have an active subscription, you can upgrade/downgrade your student/teacher quota at any time, and two things will happen:
- Credit: Any credit from your current subscription will be applied to the cost of your new subscription. Any unused credit will remain in your account and be applied to future subscription payments.
- Subscription reset: Your subscription's billing period will reset. For example, if you were six months into a yearly subscription when you change it, you can subscribe for a full month or year.
To make a change:
- Go to your account page.
- Click Update Subscription.
- Adjust your student capacity and/or teacher count.
- Choose your billing frequency (monthly or yearly).
- Review the summary and applied credit.
- Confirm auto-renewal.
- Click the green 'Subscribe' button to subscribe and activate the changes.
- Add Card: You will be prompted to add card details if none are on record.
-
Canceled subscriptions cannot be upgraded using old credit.
- No changes can be made during a grace period.
Canceling your subscription
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- Subscriptions cannot be paused.
- Cancel from your Account page in the drop-down menu under your name in the top right.
- click the red cancel button
- type in the word 'cancel' to confirm
- Access remains until the expiry date.
- You can cancel any time up to the day before your next billing date and you won't be billed again.
- Canceling does not trigger a refund.
- If the cancel button is missing, payment may be processing; contact support at info@off2class.com.
