How can Managers export account data?

In this article, we’ll show you how to export teacher and student data from your account.

The features mentioned in this article are only available to Managers on paid multi-teacher subscriptions.

The Export card in the Enterprise Management Panel allows you to download different types of teacher and student data as .CSV files. These files can be opened in tools like Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. A download link will be sent to your email within a few seconds from app.off2class.com.

Exporting Teacher Data

Teacher account data

  1. Go to the Enterprise Management Panel.
  2. Click the Export card.
  3. Click 'Download your teacher account data in CSV'.

A download link will be sent to your email within a few seconds from app.off2class.com.

The file contains the following information:

  • User ID
  • Teacher Name 
  • Teacher Email 
  • Allocated Student Slots 
  • Current Active Students 
  • Default Student Interface Language 
  • Created At

Teacher lesson history data

  1. Go to the Enterprise Management Panel.
  2. Click the Export card.
  3. Click 'Get your teacher lesson history data in CSV'.

A download link will be sent to your email within a few seconds from app.off2class.com.

The file contains the following information:

  • Teacher Name 
  • Teacher Email 
  • Lesson Identifier 
  • Lesson Title 
  • Launched At 
  • Duration in Seconds (time elapsed between launching and closing the lesson)
  • Number of Students (enrolled in the lesson)

Teacher homework history data

  1. Go to the Enterprise Management Panel.
  2. Click the Export card.
  3. Click 'Get your teacher homework history data in CSV'.

A download link will be sent to your email within a few seconds from app.off2class.com.

The file contains the following information:

  • Teacher Email 
  • Homework Identifier 
  • Homework Title 
  • Assigned To
  • Assigned At
  • Due Days (If the teacher did or didn't set a due date when assigning the homework.)
  • Submitted (Yes or No)
  • Submitted At
  • Reviewed (Yes or No)
  • Reviewed At

Student account data

  1. Go to the Enterprise Management Panel.
  2. Click the Export card.
