      How can I use the class management feature?

      In this article, we'll cover how to use the class management feature.

      The class management feature enables teachers to quickly view and access a list of classes along with other useful information including placement test results, lesson history, homework, and assessments for all students in that class. By selecting a class you can manage all the activities for the students in that class without referring to another part of the platform, thus saving you precious time.

      Access Class Management in Student Management

      Here you can - 
      1. See the Class name
      2. Enter Class Management
      3. Edit the class name
      4. Remove the class
      5. View a drop-down menu with brief class information -
        1. number of current students in the class
        2. information about the last lesson taught
        3. date of the last lesson taught
        4. total number of homework/assessments/placement tests submitted by the current students of the class
      6. View a list of the students in the class

      Assigned activities, scores and class average scores assigned are displayed in a table in chronological order, from the most recent to the oldest, including:

      • Class Participation
      • Homework
      • Assessments
      • Placement tests 

      a two-sided arrow at the top of the header of the column means the column can sort.

      columns containing scores can be sorted from lowest to highest and vice versa, by clicking on the arrow.

      Click an assignment to reveal more actions that can be taken

      A completed homework assignment (above) can be reviewed, reassigned, marked as reviewed, or removed.

      A homework assignment that has not yet been started (above) can be removed, or have the due date changed.

      A homework assignment that has been started, but not submitted (above) cannot be changed.

      Use the search bar to search for assignments

      Insert the homework title, assessment title, or placement test title to pull up the specific activity of the class. Entering a “From” and “To” date is optional. The default setting for "From" is before today, and the default setting for "To" is today.
