How can I create a custom learning plan?

Building a personalized learning plan for your students is a powerful tool. It helps you pinpoint areas where they need extra help and focus on their individual growth. The Learning Plan is a system for you to manually keep track of how far along each student is in their learning path, providing you with a list of lessons each student should focus on.

  1. Open the Student Management Panel
  2. Click on your student's name to open their profile, where all of your student's history is saved
  3. In the middle left of your screen, click 'Learning Plan' 
  4. Create a learning plan
    1. Has submitted Placement Test: If your student has submitted the test, click 'Generate Learning Plan' to automatically create a learning plan based on their placement test results. Then, click 'Customize Learning Plan'
    2. Has not submitted Placement Test: If your student has not submitted the test, click 'Customize Learning Plan' 
  5. Customize the learning plan by (first click 'Customize Learning Plan')
    1. Adding lessons: On the top left, click 'Type to search lessons' in the menu to add a lesson.
    2. Reordering the lessons: Drag and drop the lesson to the desired location
    3. Removing lessons: In the actions column on the far right, click on the red minus (-) icon to remove a lesson
    4. Previewing the lessons: In the actions column on the far right, click on the green plus (+) icon to preview a lesson
  6. Use the learning plan to keep track of lessons taught manually 
    1. In the actions column on the far right, click on the green rocket icon to launch a lesson
    2. In the first column, use the boxes to check off lessons as you teach them

Enroll your student, teach the lesson, and assign the homework; then return here to check the boxes of completed lessons, helping you keep track of each student's progress.
