Available to: all subscriptions. Changing a student's password for them needs a paid subscription.
There are two ways to help a student reset their password:
- Change the password for them. Follow the steps in undefined.
- Share the steps below with the student so they can reset the password themselves.
Reset the password from the login page
Who does this: your student
- Go to app.off2class.com.
- Select Lost Password.
- Enter the email address on the Off2Class account, then select Reset Password.
- Check the inbox and spam folder for the reset email, and follow the link in it.
