How can I help my student who can't log in?
In this article, we'll cover how to help your student when they say they can't log in.
Some features in this article are only available to paid users. All users can guide students in resetting their own passwords and attempting the login troubleshooting steps. Only paid users can reset a student’s password directly in Off2Class.

Follow these steps to help your student log in:
Start with the basics (Available to all users)

Student login instructions:
- Use this direct link - app.off2class.com
- Enter their email address
- Enter their password
- Click 'Login'

To troubleshoot any login issues, ask them to:

Try logging in using a private/incognito browser

Use a different device (laptop, phone, desktop)

Switch to a different internet connection (Wi-Fi, wired, hotspot)

Try a different network (home, school, work)

Toggle their VPN on or off

Have the student reset their own password (Available to all users)
Share these steps with the student:

Go to the login page: app.off2class.com

Click Forgot Password?

Enter the email associated with their Off2Class account

Follow the instructions in the password reset email
Reset the password for the student (Available to paid users only)
If you're on a paid subscription, you can reset a student’s password directly from your Teacher Account:

Go to the Student Management panel

Click on the student’s name

Click Student Info & Settings

Enter a new password in the password field

Save changes
-
Test the credentials in an incognito window
