How can I manage Student Ratings Collection?
In this article, we'll cover how to manage student ratings collection.
The features mentioned in this article are only available to Teachers on individual paid and free subscriptions.
Student ratings are enabled by default.
To manage the ratings feature:

Hover over your name in the top right and click Settings.
- Locate the Ratings section.
- Use the menu to toggle the feature off (paid plans only).
- Click Save Settings in teh bottom left.
Once enough feedback has been collected, aggregated ratings are displayed.
If you're on an enterprise plan (a plan with multiple teachers), you'll need to contact an Enterprise Manager on your account for help, as the setting will not be visible on your teacher account.
Privacy and anonymity
Ratings provided by students are anonymous. Teachers cannot view ratings from individual students.
As part of our commitment to COPPA and GDPR compliance, ratings are only shown once they have been aggregated across a minimum number of students and submissions. This ensures that individual ratings cannot be identified or inferred.
