In this article, we'll cover how to change/reset your student's password.
The features mentioned in this article are only available to Teachers on paid subscriptions. However, all students can still reset their own password by clicking 'Lost Password' on their login page.

If your student forgets their password or reports that they cannot log into their account, you can change their password.
Start in Student Management and click your student's name

Click 'Student Info & Settings'

Enter updated information

- Password: Must be at least 8 characters long.
- Confirm Password
- Update student: Click to save changes
Note: A "blacklisted password" pop-up message means the password chosen is too weak. Please create a stronger password to ensure the account remains secure.
