How can I help my student use the interactive tools?

In this article, we'll cover how to help your student use th interactive tools - canvas, draw, write, and other features - both in class and asynchronously.

The features mentioned in this article are available to Teachers on paid and free subscriptions. Saved Canvas content is only available on paid subscriptions.

Some tools only become accessible to students once you (the teacher) have activated them.

Once the pen tool is activated, students can:

  • draw on the slides

Once the text tool is activated, students can:

  • type into a text box

Gap fills do not require teacher activation. Students click in the gap and type.
