How can I help my student who can't log in?

In this article, we'll cover how to help your student when they say they can't log in.

Follow these steps when your student says they can't log in

  1. Give them this direct link - app.off2class.com

  2. Reset their password

    1. Open an incognito browser

    2. Test the new credentials by using them to log in

  3. Recommendations your student can try:

    1. a private or incognito browser

    2. a different device - laptop/phone/desktop

    3. a different connection - wifi/wired/hotspot

    4. a different network - school/work/home

    5. turn the VPN on/off
