How to transfer a student
Error message: A user with the email address is already registered on this site
After attempting to add the student, click 'Request transfer from student'
If you choose to send a transfer request to the student:
Ask your student to log into their Off2Class account and click the 'Accept' button at the top of the page.
Once the student clicks 'Accept,' the page will refresh, and they will be added to your account. Note: the student will also receive an email notification, but the accept button only needs to be clicked once.
How to reactivate a student
Error message: Click 'Request reactivation from teacher'
After attempting to add the student, click 'Request reactivation from student'
If you choose to send a reactivation request to the student:
Ask the student to locate the email and click 'Reactivate my account' at the bottom.
The email will come from app@off2class.com and have the subject 'Confirm Reactivation.' The activation link will last for 24 hours. Once the student clicks the link, they will be added to your account.
