How can I view a report on the number of minutes spent in classrooms by teachers?

In this article, we'll cover how to view a report on the number of minutes spent in classrooms by teachers.

Start in the Enterprise Management Panel and click Dashboard

The dashboard allows you to track account data, visualize usage and make data-driven decisions. 

You can filter all of the data by teacher and class. 

There are two different ways to view the number of minutes spent in classrooms by teachers.

  1. Classes with enrolled students
  2. Classes without enrolled students

Classes with enrolled students: Minutes Spent in Classrooms by Teachers

This graph displays the time that teachers spent in the classroom. Specifically:

  1. A teacher has launched a lesson AND
  2. Students are enrolled AND
  3. The lesson is exceeds 1 minute AND
  4. If the lesson exceeds 180 minutes, we count the session as 60 minutes
    1. If the lesson is less than 180 minutes, we count that time. (e.g. if a lesson is open for 100 minutes, we count 100 minutes, but if a lesson is open for 200 minutes, we count 60 minutes)

Classes without enrolled students: Minutes Spent in Classrooms by Teachers (no students enrolled)

This graph displays the time that teachers spent in the classroom. Specifically:

  1. A teacher has launched (browsed) a lesson AND
  2. If the lesson exceeds 180 minutes, we count the session as 60 minutes
    1. If the lesson is less than 180 minutes, we count that time. (e.g. if a lesson is open for 100 minutes, we count 100 minutes, but if a lesson is open for 200 minutes, we count 60 minutes)
