When transitioning from a free subscription to a paid one, the student capacity does not accumulate.
Our free subscription gives access to limited lessons spread across the lesson library.
Our paid subscription gives you access to the full lesson library, all homework, assessments, and the full Placement test. Our full curriculum starts with a 5 student capacity.
For example, if you start with a free subscription and add 20 students and then transition to a 5 student paid subscription your new capacity is 5 students so you need to remove students from your account or purchase a larger student capacity subscription.
Can I screen-share lessons to more students than my subscription's capacity?
Your student capacity is the number of students you register and manage in your account—the ones who get their own login, complete homework and assessments, and check their progress reports outside of class.
It doesn't limit how many students can be present during a live class. You can screen-share any lesson to a larger group live. Students who aren't registered on your account just won't have their own access to that lesson, its homework, or progress tracking once class ends.
Registering a student unlocks homework, assessments, and progress tracking for them outside of class—not live attendance. To give additional students their own access, add them to your account, within your subscription's capacity.
