Student Info & Settings
This section contains the student’s personal account details, including their name, email address, password settings, and preferred interface language.
Teachers on paid subscriptions can make edits directly within this panel to keep student records up to date or assist with login issues.
Log in as Your Student
This feature allows teachers to view the platform exactly as their student sees it. It’s especially useful when troubleshooting reports like “I can’t find my lesson” or “My homework isn’t showing.”
While logged in, you’ll see the student’s:
- ToDo Assignments
- Completed Work
- Lesson Slides
Once finished, use the dropdown under the student’s name in the top right to ‘Leave User’ and return to your teacher account.
Notes
The Notes section is designed to help you document student progress, classroom observations, or reminders.
Each note can be:
- Pinned to stay first in the list
- Edited or deleted
- Marked as private (only visible to you) if the student is shared with other teachers
This flexible system supports both long-term tracking and collaborative teaching.
Lesson History
The Lesson History tab provides a comprehensive overview of all lessons the student has been enrolled in.
If the student has completed the Placement Test, their test results appear at the top of this section for quick reference.
Each entry includes:
- Lesson title
- Homework Status (assigned, not started, in progress, submitted)
- Homework scores
You can also manage homework assignments here. Use the Actions column on the right to:
- Preview, assign, review or remove homework
This area helps streamline lesson scheduling and follow-up in one place.
Learning Plan
The Learning Plan provides a personalized path of lessons for each student. It can be generated automatically from a submitted Placement Test or customized manually to suit specific goals.
Teachers can:
- Add, reorder, or remove lessons
- Track completed lessons by checking them off
The Learning Plan also includes an Action column for quick access to launching lessons.
This tab is especially useful for long-term tracking and customizing the curriculum per student.
Unit Checks
The Unit Checks tab helps track formal assessment progress. You can:
- Track student progress through units
- Preview upcoming unit tests
- Assign tests to students
- Review submitted responses
- See scores once completed
