How can I edit a student's account?

In this article, we'll cover how to edit the name, email, password, default interface language and student identifier of a student's account.

To edit a student’s account, start in the Enterprise Management Panel. Click Students, then click on their name.

If your account is rostered via SSO (Clever or Classlink), manual rostering of Teachers, Students, and Classes is disabled. Please contact your coordinator or IT contact for help with rostering. Learn more in this Help Article.

When editing a student’s account, you can:

  1. Change their name.
  2. Change their email address.
  3. Change their password.
  4. Change their default interface language. (This setting translates the text on the student’s home page to aid in navigation. All lesson content remains in English.)
  5. Change the student identifier. (An optional field designed to easily match students between Off2Class and your Student Information System using an ID)

After editing the name, email, password, student interface language or student identifier, click the blue Submit button.
