How can I download teacher account data?

In this article, we'll cover how to download teacher account data.

The features mentioned in this article are only available to Managers on paid multi-teacher subscriptions.

To download teacher account data, start in the Enterprise Management Panel, click Export and then Download Account Data.

A .CSV file will be downloaded with the following information:

  • Teacher Name 
  • Teacher Email 
  • Allocated Student Slots 
  • Current Active Students 
  • Default Student Interface Language 
  • Created At

Here is an example of what the file would look like after the .CSV file is opened in an app like Google Sheets.
