How can I handle error messages when adding teachers?

In this article, we'll cover how to handle error messages when adding teachers.

There are two error messages that might occur when attempting to add a teacher. We'll cover each of them below and how to solve them.

  • A user with the email address is already registered on this site
  • A teacher with the email address existed and was deleted

 

If the teacher exists on another account, this message will appear.

In this case, contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

 

If the teacher existed before but was deleted, this message will appear.

You have three options:

  1. Use an alternative email address for the teacher.
  2. Send a reactivation request to the teacher.
  3. Contact us, and we'll be happy to help.

If you choose to send a reactivation request to the teacher:

The request will be sent via email and look like this. The activation link will last for 24 hours. Once the teacher clicks the link, they will be added to your account.
