Why can't I change my subscription?

In this article, we'll cover the reason why you can't change your subscription.

The features mentioned in this article are available to account/subscription owners. 

When your paid subscription fails to auto-renew, the system automatically gives you a 3-day grace period during which it will attempt to process the payment four more times. If the payment is still unsuccessful, your account will revert to the free plan.

During this grace period, you won’t be able to make any changes to your account, such as upgrading, downgrading, or canceling.

Once your account reverts to the free plan, you can resubscribe with updated details, and your student information and history will be restored.
