What different subscriptions do you offer?
In this article, we'll cover our different subscriptions - Free, Paid - Single Teacher, and Paid - Multi-Teacher.
The subscriptions below are exclusively for individual teachers and international institutions. Pricing is based on the number of teachers and students. To see specific pricing for a specific number of teachers and students, navigate to your account subscription page.
If you are a US K-12 teacher or district, the subscriptions below do not apply to you. Request a quote.
Paid - Multi-Teacher Subscription: Advanced Controls
Our Paid - Multi-Teacher subscription is designed for schools that need advanced tools for managing large groups of students. With features like:
- Custom Administration Tools: Bulk create, edit, and manage students, teachers and classes
- Data Dashboards & Reports: Track student progress with helpful dashboards and detailed reports
- Course Builder: Customize collections of lessons to assign self-study material quickly.
Multi-Teacher subscriptions provide everything you need to scale your teaching operations while maintaining control and flexibility.
Paid - Single Teacher Subscription: Full Lesson Access
With our Paid - Single Teacher subscription, you get unrestricted access to all of our content. Whether you’re teaching Business English, preparing students for IELTS or TOEFL, or guiding newcomers with foundational literacy, our paid subscription gives you every tool you need to succeed. With features like:
- Full Lesson Library: Access every lesson, including Business English, Test Prep (IELTS, TOEFL), Newcomer materials, and Foundational Literacy.
- Group Lessons: Conduct live lessons with multiple students simultaneously, making them ideal for group classes and online cohorts.
- Full Placement Test: Assess students across all skills—grammar, speaking, listening, reading, and writing—to place them at the appropriate level.
- Unit Checks: Evaluate student progress with unit checks to ensure they are mastering the material and moving forward effectively.
Free Subscription: Get Started
Our Free subscription is designed for international EFL teachers who want to try Off2Class before committing to a paid subscription. The Free subscription offers 200+ lessons across all categories of our lesson library. Here’s what is included:
- 200+ lessons
- Ability to send 20 placement tests
- Ability to add 20 students to your account
- Students cannot be removed on free subscriptions (only available paid subscriptions)
- Teaching a group (enrolling more than one student in a lesson) is not possible

Placement test is limited to the grammar section only
It’s an ideal option for teachers who are just starting out or need a flexible, no-cost option.
Legacy Subscriptions
As of Tuesday, June 17, 2025, we no longer offer Standard subscriptions. Users who were on the Standard subscription have been upgraded to Paid (formerly called Premium)
We occasionally update our subscriptions to better meet the needs of our customers, so your current subscription might not be listed above; that's OK! Customers on legacy subscriptions can remain on them as long as you don't update or change your subscription.
