My payment failed on a subscription renewal, can you try running it now?

Our payment process is fully automated, so if your subscription renewal payment fails, the best thing to do is call your bank. We show up as 'Off2Class - ESL' or 'Off2Class.com' on your statement. Please also remind them to accept future payments from us.

Our system automatically retries the payment, four times over 48 hours, and after that your subscription revert to the free version but you can always resubscribe once you work out the issue with your bank.
