What to do if your subscription renewal fails
Our payment process is fully automated. If your subscription renewal payment fails, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Contact Your Bank: Reach out to your bank to understand why the payment was declined. We likely appear as 'Off2Class - ESL' or 'Off2Class.com' on your statement. Please remind your bank to accept future payments to us.

Automatic Retry: Our system will automatically retry the payment four times over a 48-hour period.

Subscription Reversion: If the payment still fails after these attempts, your subscription will revert to the free version. However, you can always resubscribe once the issue with your bank is resolved.
Note: If an automatic renewal fails, the account enters a 3-day grace period. You retain access while the system attempts to withdraw the funds 4 more times. If not successful after 3 days, the account will revert to a Free subscription. At this time you can immediately resubscribe and all your previous data will have been saved. It is not possible to make any changes during during this grace period.
