What to do if your subscription renewal fails
Our payment process is fully automated. If your subscription renewal payment fails, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Contact Your Bank: Reach out to your bank to understand why the payment was declined. We likely appear as 'Off2Class - ESL' or 'Off2Class.com' on your statement. Please remind your bank to accept future payments to us.

Automatic Retry: Our system will automatically retry the payment four times over a 48-hour period.

Subscription Reversion: If the payment still fails after these attempts, your subscription will revert to the free version. However, you can always resubscribe once the issue with your bank is resolved.
If an automatic renewal fails, your account enters a 3-day grace period. During this time, you'll retain full access while the system attempts to process the payment up to four more times. If payment is still unsuccessful after 3 days, your account will automatically switch to a Free subscription. At that point, you can resubscribe at any time—your previous data will be saved. Please note: no changes can be made to your account during the grace period.
