How can I remove students from my subscription?

When a subscription is downgraded to fewer students than you currently have registered on your account, your account will be locked until you remove the extra students.

To remove these extra students, log in here on a desktop or laptop computer. This process is not supported on a mobile device.

  1. Students: click to choose which students to remove. 
  2. Remove Students: click red remove students button in the bottom right to remove the students from your account. 

Your subscription will now be active and ready to use. 

  • To reduce the number of students on your subscription go to your account page and enter the updated number of students.
  • If you later increase your student quota, you can add the removed students with their same email address. They will be reactivated with their history.
