How can I edit my personal details or change my password?

Editing personal details
Your name, email address and password are on your Profile page. To open it, select your username at the top right of any page, then select Profile.
- Email: the address you log in with.
- First Name and Last Name: your name.
- Current Password: needed to save any change.
- New Password and Confirm New Password: fill these in only if you want a new password.
Select Save Profile to save your changes.
Changing your login email
Replace the address in Email, enter your Current Password, then select Save Profile. From then on you log in with the new address. Your subscription and students stay the same.
Each email address can belong to only one Off2Class account. If the new address is already used by another account, for example a student account, contact Support with both email addresses and we'll help.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you lose or forget your password, select Lost Password on the login page and follow the instructions to create a new one.
Logging out
- Select your username at the top right of any page.
- Select Log Out.
If you're viewing Off2Class as a student or teacher with Log in as, select Leave User first. Logging out without it keeps you in that user's view the next time you log in.
