Why can't I access my account?

In this article, we'll cover what you should do if you can't access your account.

The features mentioned in this article are available to all Teachers and Managers on paid and free subscriptions.

First, please ensure that you are logging in using this exact link: https://app.off2class.com/

  • If the page is loading but you cannot access your account, try resetting your password.
  • If the page does not load, please try:
    • Using a different device 
    • Using a private/incognito version of your browser
    • Using a different browser
    • Using a different internet connection 
    • If you are using a VPN, try turning it OFF. 

Note: Off2Class doesn't block access from any country. The platform loads through Cloudflare, a service many websites use. Some countries and internet providers restrict Cloudflare, and Off2Class won't load where they do. If that happens, try a different connection, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. We don't support using Off2Class through a VPN.

If you are still having trouble after following the two points above, please email info@off2class.com describing in detail what is happening. Please include a full-screen screenshot (including your browser URL) of any error messages.
