What does the classroom look like for my students?

In this article, we'll cover what the classroom looks like for your students.

The easiest way for you to see what the classroom looks like for your student is to log in as your student.

When your student logs into Off2Class, they see their profile page.

The 'Join Lesson' button is active if they're enrolled in a live lesson. They click to join you in the classroom.

If your video-conferencing is linked to your Off2Class profile, your student clicks 'Start Video', in the chat on the bottom left, to enter the video conference

Students follow the lesson as you move through the slides, interacting with the slides by clicking in the gaps and typing their answers if you've enabled the pen

Students right-click on words or phrases for extra scaffolds to aid in their learning. They can hear the word, look it up in Google Translate, and find a dictionary definition

These extra scaffolds appear only on the screen of the student making the request.

Students can log into their account asynchronously to access their assessments, homework, and lesson history.
