How can I change my subscription?

In this article, we'll cover how to change your subscription.

If you have an active subscription, you can upgrade at any time, and any unused credit from your current subscription will be applied to the cost of your upgraded subscription. Similarly, you can downgrade an active subscription, and any unused credit will remain in your account and be applied to future subscription payments.

However, if you have canceled your subscription, you will need to purchase a new one to upgrade, as no credit from a canceled subscription can be applied to a new subscription.

To change your subscription, start on the Account page and click 'Update Subscription'

  1. Account type: Select 'Individual' for a single teacher or 'Enterprise' for a multi-teacher subscription.
  2. Package: Select Standard, with limited access, or Premium with full access.
  3. Number of students: Subscriptions are available for 2, 5 10, 20, 30 and so on students.
    For Enterprise Changes, enter the number of teachers too.
  4. Payment frequency: Select either monthly or yearly, which has a 40% discount.
  5. Whitelabel: Add-on for custom logo and sub-domain. $400 yearly.
  6. Costs: Cost breakdown per teacher and student.
  7. Summary: Total payment due, taking into account any credit for unused portions of a previous subscription if up or downgrading.
  8. Check box: Tick box to show understanding of auto-renewal of subscription.
  9. Subscribe: Click the green button to subscribe or activate the changes.
  10. Add Card: You will be prompted to add card details if none are on record.
