How can I change my subscription?

If you have an active subscription, you can upgrade/downgrade at any time, and two things will happen:
- Credit: Any credit from your current subscription will be applied to the cost of your new subscription. Any unused credit will remain in your account and be applied to future subscription payments.
- Subscription reset: Your subscription's billing period will reset. For example, if you were six months into a yearly subscription when you change it, you can subscribe for a full month or year.
Note: If you have canceled your subscription, you will need to purchase a new one to upgrade, as no credit from a canceled subscription can be applied to a new subscription.
To change your subscription, start on the Account page and click 'Update Subscription'
- Account type: Select 'Individual' for a single teacher or 'Enterprise' for a multi-teacher subscription.
- Package: Select Standard, with limited access, or Premium with full access.
- Number of students: Subscriptions are available for 2, 5 10, 20, 30 and so on students.
For Enterprise Changes, enter the number of teachers too. - Payment frequency: Select either monthly or yearly, which has a 40% discount.
- Whitelabel: Add-on for custom logo and sub-domain.
- Costs: Cost breakdown per teacher and student.
- Summary: Total payment due, taking into account any credit for unused portions of a previous subscription if up or downgrading.
- Check box: Tick box to show understanding of auto-renewal of subscription.
- Subscribe: Click the green button to subscribe or activate the changes.
- Add Card: You will be prompted to add card details if none are on record.
